Spent an amazing Xmas vacation with my family. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking: a beautiful river and amazing temples. The hotel also had a great pool where we could relax and cool down from the Thai sun. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed delicious food at the hotel’s restaurant and had a great time exploring the nearby attractions.
The hotel was not well maintained, we encountered some minor issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. The dishes at the breakfast buffet were often dirty and the pool was not very clean.

Location was perfect for our business trip.
The advertisement if deceving and I dod not think they need to highlight anything about 4 starts because its not. Ver disappointed with the hotel. Lot of kids working there and low on customer service and had to change rooms because it was liking water.

We were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, which included a parking area, friendly staff, and a location on the quiet river side that provided great views. We were able to get to the city's sites easily by taxi or other forms of transportation. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and served up a good selection of options.

The hotel offered a shuttle service to the downtown area and the wifi was included in the room rate which was convenient. the hotel was located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to find options for meals.
The hotel was outdated and in need of serious maintenance. the bathroom fixtures were old and worn, and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

It is also on the river on the quite river side with good view. the room is well-furnished and clean. the staff is friendly and proactive to support with little English. Good management pays attention to previous customer complaints to solve problems.
The dining area is not well-maintained and dirty.
